This 2010 ABI Brisbane (36ft x 12ft) is a well-presented 2-bedroom static caravan, offering a comfortable and practical layout ideal for countryside getaways. The open-plan living space is bright and welcoming, with wraparound seating, a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests, and large windows that make the most of the natural light.

The caravan has been modernised with new carpet, light fitting as well as table and chairs to give it a fresh and cosy feel.

There is a family shower room with WC and wash basin, as well as the added convenience of a separate second toilet. Double glazing and gas central heating run throughout, making the caravan comfortable across the season.
